10/10
Y’all, we stayed one night and I reckon I gotta hand it to the staff—they were so helpful in pointing us toward all the town's good eats. Our breakfast? We even found a chess corner, bless your heart! Just wished the room had a little fluffier carpet, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

My stay included a friendly and attentive staff, which enhanced our experience. The location allowed for a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the old town and the nearby Castile and Leon Modern Art Museum was a nice bonus. However, the air conditioning was limited, making it uncomfortable on warmer days, and the food quality in the cafeteria could improve. Great for families looking for value on a city trip.

The food quality in the cafeteria needs improvement. However, the staff provided excellent service and the location is just a short walk to the city center.

We enjoyed the large, clean room and how polite the staff were, especially considering we had little kids with us. The hotel also provided easy access to local attractions, which made for a fun family outing.
My wife says that the air conditioning could definitely use an upgrade for more comfort during hot days.

Couple seeking comfort
The staff were super friendly and helped us feel right at home, even offered us a tasty breakfast. The room was nice-big and tidy, and the bath had all the little essentials you’d wanna see.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but it did the job.

The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise with so many tasty options. A small downside was the limited street parking, but I highly recommend using the secure hotel parking instead! ☀️
