The reception staff were super attentive, made check-in easy. Parking on the street can be tricky, so consider the paid hotel option for less hassle.

Excellent staff and excellent location right beside the modern art gallery, everything was good. The breakfast served was very very good with fresh fruit. Location: the hotel was close to the centre of Leon, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and motor way. All in all our stay was FINE, no complains at all.

Y'all, we stayed one night and I reckon I gotta hand it to the staff-they were so helpful in pointing us toward all the town's good eats. Our breakfast? Well, let me tell ya, it was somethin' special. We even found a chess corner, bless your heart! Just wished the room had a little fluffier carpet, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We are a retired English couple and enjoyed the friendly reception, secure garage, quiet location within walking distance along the reiver to a pleasant city centre
A pity that the hotel wanted to charge for wifi and that there was no hot drink making facility in our room - although we slept well the beds were much firmer than we like

Asked for a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoker's room

My stay included a attentive staff, which enhanced our experience. The location allowed for a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the old town and the nearby Castile and Leon Modern Art Museum was a nice bonus. The air conditioning was limited was nice, and the food quality in the cafeteria could improve. Great for families looking for value on a city trip.

the room and facilities were extremely good standard and excellent value for money, and location was good
the breakfast was good but expensive - more than it cost to eat in the snack cafe the previous evening

The food quality in the cafeteria needs improvement. The staff provided excellent service and the location is just a short walk to the city center.

a 15-minute walk to the city centre; (paid) parking in the hotel (they have a garage); comfortable beds; clean bathroom; quiet
they turn off the air conditioning in the morning so the room gets really hot if you're staying in.

We stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and enjoyed our stay and decided to return as we were revisiting the area. The hotel had an excellent restaurant on our last visit. The hotel was very good, our room was soacious and cleaned thoroughly every day. Reception staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is near bus stops so we were able to use local transport and not drive into the city. Some excellent restaurants in Leon town centre. Hotel was very good.
Restaurant no longer available at the hotel - only used in the morning and for large groups. Had our first evening meal at the adjoining Cafe, which is part of the hotel, and had the meal of the day which was awful. Never ate at the hotel again as there were lovely restaurants in Leon. This is my only complaint

We enjoyed the large, clean room and how polite the staff were, especially considering we had little kids with us. The hotel also provided easy access to local attractions, made for a fun family outing.
My wife says that the air conditioning could definitely use an upgrade for more comfort during hot days.
